SUMMER HOUSE BLDG B CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Replacement of all north side railings and walkways are scheduled to be completed by 11/8/24. The final step of Building B renovation is the replacement of the roof over the lower entryway scheduled to be completed by 12/2/24. Come enjoy this beautiful newly renovated building and condo!
Important Summer House Construction Information:
BEACH ACCESS will remain open.
OUTDOOR POOL CLOSURE starting August 19, 2024. The indoor pool will remain open.
SAFETY FIRST! Construction areas will be restricted while overhead work is being performed. Pedestrian traffic will be routed to one side of the building. Please follow the signage for pedestrian safely.
Interiors for Building B are complete! All new sliding doors and windows; new exterior doors; all new coatings and paint on the beach front decks; all new paint on the south side of the building. ALL OF THIS LOOKS GREAT!!
Construction workers will be present most days during Fall 2024 working on the exterior of the NORTH SIDE of the building.
Parking may be limited at times. If so, additional vehicles can use the overflow parking lot located directly across the street from the condo.

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
